If you keep getting kicked every time you try to party up with friends in Battlefield 4, try quitting out of the game by going back to dashboard (pressing the guide button), and then select "Battlefield 4" and click the Start button on your controllers. From the options choose Quit. You could also just eject the game and place it back in the bluray drive.
Once you are positive that the game is not running, setup your party and tell all of your other friends to quit out of battlefield 4 as well using one of those methods. Then invite everyone and turn on party chat like normal before start up the game again.
If you are still having problems it could be because your NAT is STRICT and not OPEN. You can check this on the Xbox One under the settings/network area in the dashboard.
Hope this info helps.
