The best Xbox One games of all time
The best Xbox One games of all time
Since the first Xbox was released back in 2001 (2002 outside of the US), this console series has become synonymous with high quality games and fantastic graphics. Perhaps none of the generations as much as the legendary Xbox One.
Hailed as one of the best consoles of all times, the Xbox One naturally shows one of the best game portfolios. But which titles are the best? We have taken some help from our friends over at PolskieKasyno.org to compile the ultimate top three list of the best Xbox One games of all time, taking everything from reception and copies sold to ratings and longevity into consideration. You can find the result below, but before we get underway, we would like to take a quick look at some honourable mentions that for various reasons just barely didn’t make the cut:
PUBG
Minecraft: Xbox One Edition
Fallout 4
Halo 5: Guardians
Gears of War: Ultimate Edition
Now, without further ado:
Number 3 - Red Dead Redemption 2
The first (but not last) Rockstar Games title on this list, Red Dead Redemption 2, is the sequel to the legendary western action adventure released to Xbox 360 back in 2010. While arguably not as “game-changing” as its prequel, at almost 5,8 million copies sold it is the seventh best selling Xbox One game, has seen universal acclaim, and is together with the first-place title on our list one of the highest rated Xbox One games ever.
Number 2 - Forza Horizon 4
Fans of racing games are definitely not going to be surprised by this one. Perhaps one of the best racing games of all time, Forza Horizon 4 from Playground Games quickly climbed through the ranks and is today the number one best selling Xbox One game of all time with roughly 10 million copies sold. Everything from the beautiful graphics and superb gameplay to the dynamic weather-system with changing seasons has helped making Forza Horizon 4 the ultimate racing game for Xbox One, and the ratings speak for themselves. Best Racing Game, Xbox Game of the Year, Best Sports Game and Best Visual Art are just a few of the awards won by this racing game, and speaking of racing, our partners at Legalni-bukmacherzy.eu cover all of your betting needs, including motorsports such as F1 and Speedway. Make sure to visit Legalni-Bukmacherzy for everything you could possibly need to know about betting in Poland.
Number 1 - Grand Theft Auto V
We know, we know, GTA V was first released for Xbox 360 and PS3 back in 2014, and was not available for Xbox One until a year later. However, the massively updated graphics and overall experience in the Xbox One version not only made it the superior version of the game, it also cemented it as an instant classic and legendary best-seller. The Xbox One version of Grand Theft Auto V from Rockstar Games sold an incredible 8.7 million copies worldwide. This makes it the second best selling Xbox One game of all time, and by far the number one action game. It is widely considered one of the best games of all time, receiving average ratings of between 9-10 out of 10, and being nominated for- and winning a plethora of awards. GTA V is also well-known for its longevity, and it is still one of the most popular titles by far.
