SOEDESCO confirmed that the Freedom-to-Roam and free Christmas on Wheels update for Truck Driver: The Amercian Dream is out now on Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5. This update was made as part of Xbox Series X|S Patch #3 – 0.9.7.1 and PS5 Patch #9 – 0.9.7.1.

Unload your cargo and soak in breathtaking panoramic vistas with the new Freedom-to-Roam mode. This feature offers the perfect escape for those seeking a more laidback truck driving experience, providing an unstructured way of playing Truck Driver: The American Dream.

With the Freedom-to-Roam update, players will have access to new job opportunities they can take on whenever they like, gaining experience and advancing in the trucking world on their own terms. Every town, city, gas station, and rest stop will present randomly generated missions of varying difficulties, sending players to deliver cargo across the map.

As players complete missions in Freedom-to-Roam mode, they will accumulate money, gain experience, and level up. Upon reaching specific levels, players will unlock new trucks, giving them the chance to try out all trucks available in the story mode.

Join in the Holiday celebration on a festive and glowing 18-wheeler Christmas truck and take on the role of Santa Claus, delivering delightful presents across the snowy landscape. Embark on a new storyline as the cheeky Santa, completing gift delivery jobs from the lovely Snow White.
