Chimera Entertainment revealed that its story-rich 4X strategy game, "Songs of Silence," will leave early access and launch across Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and Windows PC via Steam and GOG on November 13. The game was funded on Kickstarter in under eight hours earlier this year and initially launched into Steam Early Access in June 2024.

Songs of Silence is a beautifully crafted mix of strategic campaigns and fast-paced tactical battles. Featuring stunning Art-Nouveau-inspired visuals and a unique combination of kingdom and army management, hero development, and real-time combat, experienced through a 15+ hour story campaign and PvP/Co-op multiplayer skirmishes, Songs of Silence saw early success in its Kickstarter campaign, which was fully funded in under eight hours.

On the advent of light, the Gods waged war and tore the world asunder. Two weaker worlds emerged: one of Light and one of Dark. A new human civilization arose from the ashes of the defeated Firstborn: the Starborn, led by their guiding star. A bright age of enlightenment followed. But peace would not last—the unstable worlds birthed all-consuming Purgatories. The people turned to war over what land remained; thus, the chaotic Age of a Thousand Kings began.

To this day, the Silence continues to spread. Relentless. Unstoppable. Both worlds are on the brink of ruin. Will uneasy alliances between old enemies be strong enough to halt the encroaching terror of this all-consuming existential threat, or will ancient wrongs prove too terrible to forgive?

Songs of Silence features a unique combination of kingdom and army management, hero development, and real-time combat, experienced through a 15+ hour story campaign and PvP/Co-op multiplayer skirmishes. Lead powerful armies conscripted from a roster of over 100 units as you explore beautiful handmade campaigns and custom multiplayer maps. Outwit your opponents by laying deadly ambushes in the terrain or march right up to the front gates to lay siege to their cities. Manage hard-won resources to rebuild a ravaged realm and defeat your rival kingdoms.
