Hey guys n gals, had a fairly decent look over the forums plus Google box and haven't found my answer so I'm throwing it out there. So I've got an elite box that's shit itself? Won't power up at all..bricks fine id plugged my brothers into it. Pulled console apart nothing seems cooked? It's just been collecting dust since they come out haha. Any ideas? Cheeeeers. Steevo

Hey Steevo and welcome to the our Xbox One forums. When you say Xbox Elite, you are talking about the Xbox One right?

The normal procedure when your Xbox One won't turn on is:
- Unplug everything
- Wait 10 seconds
- Plug brick to wall
- If brick turned LED on with a solid orange light go to next step, if not or LED is blinking brick needs servicing
- Plug brick to console
- If LED is still on go to next step
- Try to turn console on

If console still doesn't turn on their is a hardware problem and it needs to be serviced.
