SNK CORPORATION and Koch Media have announced that THE KING OF FIGHTERS XV (KOF XV) Digital Deluxe Edition, the latest instalment in the King of Fighters saga, launches today giving players a 3-day head start ahead of the global launch. Watch the brand new Launch Trailer!

THE KING OF FIGHTERS XV (KOF XV) Digital Deluxe Edition is exclusively available on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PlayStation 4. All other editions of the game will launch simultaneously on Series X|S, PS5, PS4 and PC on 17 February 2022.

Since its debut in 1994, the KOF fighting game series has been driving the world to excitement with its appealing characters and unique game system. Six years have passed since the last title in the series, and now KOF XV surpasses all of its predecessors in terms of graphics, systems, and online experience!

KOF XV features a whopping 39 characters, including classic popular characters, resurrected fan favorites, and those crucial to the unfolding events. There will also be 2 DLC teams (3 characters each) to be released in the future. This is the first time the heroes from each Saga have come together, making this the hottest dream match yet!

The latest instalment in the King of Fighters saga continues from the previous title’s story mode. Heroes from the Orochi, NESTS, and Ash Sagas have all joined KOF XV, and this time, the story is coming to an explosive climax!

KOF XV features the classic 3 on 3 team battle system with improvements to the MAX Mode, MAX Mode (Quick), and RUSH mechanics, and also features a plethora of special moves. Rollback netcode has been adopted to reduce lag in online matches, allowing for smoother online play. KOF XV features a wide variety of online features including RANKED MATCH, CASUAL MATCH, ROOM MATCH, and ONLINE TRAINING.

The King Of Fighters XV Digital Deluxe Edition launches today, with the game hitting retail on 17th February!
