Vienna-based ViewApp announced that TramSim: Console Edition is coming to Xbox and PlayStation consoles in a new partnership with British developer Dovetail Games.

TramSim: Console Edition will feature ViewApp’s home of Vienna, Austria as well as Munich, Germany, recreated with pure photorealism and a focus on the stunning urban landscapes that form the routes that the playable tram services run on.

Dovetail Games, themselves well established in transport simulation with the Train Sim World and Train Simulator Classic franchises, first announced the project during February’s Festival of Rail event.

TramSim: Console Edition is set to be made available for pre-order on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 on Tuesday April 4th, with a release date of April 25th.
